ANI Farm Manager ("ANI," "we," "our") is developed and operated by SakaynaTech IT Solutions OPC, a company registered in General Santos City, Philippines. We are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

1. Information We Collect

Account information: name, mobile number, and/or email address when you create an account.
Farm records: livestock and crop inventory, expenses, sales, and reminders you enter into the app. These are stored primarily on your device (offline-first) and synced to our servers when you connect to the internet.
Payment confirmation data: if you subscribe to a paid plan, we receive your payment reference/receipt details (e.g., GCash reference number) to verify and activate your subscription. We do not store your GCash PIN, balance, or wallet credentials.
Device and usage data: basic technical information such as device type, app version, and crash logs, used solely to improve the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide, operate, and sync the ANI Farm Manager service;
To verify payments and manage subscriptions;
To send service-related notifications and reminders you have enabled;
To provide customer support;
To improve app performance and fix errors.

We process your data based on your consent, the performance of our contract with you, and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to operate ANI (e.g., cloud database hosting and SMS/notification providers), all bound by confidentiality obligations, or when required by law or lawful order of a competent authority.

4. Data Storage and Security

Farm records are stored locally on your device and, when synced, on secured cloud infrastructure. We implement reasonable organizational, physical, and technical security measures appropriate to the nature of the data, consistent with RA 10173 and NPC guidelines. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, and disclosure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 6). Certain records may be retained where required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes).

6. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under RA 10173, you have the right to:

Be informed about how your data is processed;
Access the personal data we hold about you;
Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
Erase or block data that is unlawfully processed or no longer necessary;
Object to processing, including for direct marketing;
Data portability — obtain a copy of your data in a commonly used format (PRO users may use the built-in CSV/Excel export);
Damages for violations of your data privacy rights;
Lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) — privacy.gov.ph.

7. Children's Privacy

ANI Farm Manager is intended for users 18 years old and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly.
