Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ANI Farm Manager mobile application and the ani.farm website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by SakaynaTech IT Solutions OPC ("SakaynaTech," "we," "our"), General Santos City, Philippines. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
ANI Farm Manager is a farm record-keeping tool that helps you track livestock and crop inventory, expenses, sales, and reminders. The Service is offered on an offline-first basis: records are stored on your device and synced to our servers when internet is available.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure.
- One account is intended for one user, except for BUSINESS plan multi-user access as described in the plan features.
3. Plans, Payments, and Cancellation
- FREE plan — available at no cost, with the features listed on our pricing page.
- PRO and BUSINESS plans — billed monthly or yearly at the prices shown on the pricing page. Payment is currently made via GCash or other channels we designate. Your subscription is activated upon our verification of payment, normally within 24 hours.
- Cancellation — you may cancel anytime. Your paid features remain active until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not provide refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.
- Prices may change with prior notice; changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
4. Your Data
You own the farm records you enter into the Service. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). You are responsible for maintaining backups of critical records; PRO users may use the export feature for this purpose.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: attempting unauthorized access to our systems; reverse-engineering the app; using the Service for unlawful activity; or reselling access without our written consent.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is a record-keeping and estimation tool. Figures such as projected income, capital estimates, and analytics are estimates only, based on the data you provide, and do not constitute financial, veterinary, or agricultural advice. Actual results depend on many factors outside our control. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, SakaynaTech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Venue for any dispute shall be the proper courts of General Santos City, to the exclusion of other venues.
