ANI Farm Manager is free to use and works offline. Your farm data is yours and stays on your device. The app is provided as a helpful tool — you are responsible for your own farm and business decisions.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ANI Farm Manager mobile application (“ANI”, “the app”). ANI is developed and operated by SakaynaTech IT Solutions OPC (“we”, “us”), a One Person Corporation registered in the Philippines. By downloading or using ANI, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the app
ANI is provided free of charge for personal and business use in managing your farm records. You may use it to track livestock, crops, expenses, income, and related farm information. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes.
2. Your data is yours
All records you create in ANI belong to you and are stored on your own device. We do not claim ownership of your farm data, and we do not have access to it. You are responsible for keeping your own backups (ANI provides a backup and restore feature to help you).
3. The app is a tool, not professional advice
ANI helps you record and compute figures such as costs, income, profit, ROI, break-even, feeding guides, and health reminders. These are provided for your convenience and are based on the information you enter and on general references. They are not financial, veterinary, or agricultural professional advice. You are solely responsible for your farm and business decisions, and for verifying any figures before relying on them.
4. Provided “as is”
ANI is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SakaynaTech IT Solutions OPC is not liable for any loss or damage — including loss of data or lost profits — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Because your data is stored locally, uninstalling the app or losing your device may result in loss of your records; please keep backups.
5. Updates and availability
We may update, change, or discontinue features of the app at any time to improve it or to comply with applicable requirements. Some future features (for example, an optional PRO version with cloud backup or sync) may be offered under additional or separate terms.
6. Intellectual property
The ANI name, logo, Ka-ANI mascot, design, and app software are the property of SakaynaTech IT Solutions OPC. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law or by the app store through which you obtained it.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the appropriate courts of General Santos City, Philippines.
