ANI Farm Manager is offline-first. Your farm data stays on your phone. The app has no account, no login, and no analytics. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal or farm data. This policy follows the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
This Privacy Policy explains how the ANI Farm Manager mobile application (“ANI”, “the app”, “we”, “us”) handles your information. ANI is developed and operated by SakaynaTech IT Solutions OPC, a One Person Corporation registered in the Philippines, based in General Santos City.
1. The data you enter stays on your device
Everything you record in ANI — farms, animals, crops, expenses, sales, weights, egg logs, receipts, notes, and reminders — is saved locally on your phone using an on-device database. This information is never sent to us or to any server. We have no way to see it.
2. We do not collect personal information
ANI does not require an account, email, phone number, or login of any kind. We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal information off your device. We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party software development kits (SDKs).
3. Device permissions we use (and why)
ANI only asks for permissions needed for features you choose to use, and the data stays on your device:
- Camera — only if you take a photo of a receipt to attach to an expense. The photo is stored locally on your phone.
- Photos / storage — only if you attach an existing receipt image, or when you export a PDF or CSV report and save or share it yourself.
We do not access your camera or photos in the background, and no photo ever leaves your device unless you deliberately share it (for example, sending a report through another app you choose).
4. Reports and backups you create
ANI lets you generate PDF reports and export your records to CSV/Excel, and to create a local backup file so you can move your data to a new phone. These files are created on your device and are shared only when you choose to share them. Once a file leaves ANI through another app (such as email, messaging, or cloud storage), that other app’s privacy policy applies.
5. No data sharing or selling
Because we do not collect your data, we have nothing to sell or share. We do not disclose your information to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.
6. Children’s privacy
ANI is a business and farm-management tool intended for adults (18+). It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone.
7. Your rights under RA 10173
The Philippine Data Privacy Act gives you rights over your personal data. Because ANI keeps your data on your own device and we hold none of it, you are always in full control: you can view, edit, or permanently delete any record inside the app, or uninstall the app to remove all its data from your phone at any time.
8. Future cloud features (PRO)
The current version of ANI is fully offline. In the future, an optional PRO version may add features such as cloud backup, sync across devices, or multi-user access. Those features would require an account and would involve transmitting data to a secure server. If and when that happens, we will update this Privacy Policy and clearly ask for your consent before any data leaves your device. The offline app you use today will continue to work without any of that.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected here and, where appropriate, announced in the app.
